Teacher Creatures Go To The Movies 2022:
Reflection: I picked Spongebob Out of The Water because I thought it would be hilarious to see all of my teachers' faces to be on spongebob, patrick, and sandy. I also thought it would be super funny to put farcus on sandy. During this project I learned how to use photoshop and it was really fun to begin to use this program. Some challenges that I faced throughout this project was just photoshop in general, I had no past experience with the program and I had no idea how to use it. But I persevered through it and in the end I learned a lot from this project. My favorite part of this project was taking pictures of my teachers because they made funny faces and it was fun to laugh at my teachers. Overall this was a really fun project and I had a great time doing it.
Audio Project:
Reflection: My final audio project is put in my own words An Inspiration Spongebob Spetch. I took a spetch from The Spongebob Squarepants Movie (2005). I then found a villon sound that sounded very inspirational and uplifting. After that I found a few sound affects that fit the spetch. 2. Why did you choose the spoken portion of your project? Why was this audio capture important to you?I chose the spoken word part of the project because spongebob is portrayed as a funny and silly character but in this spetch spongebob speaks in a way that is still him but more serious and more focused. 3. Explain how you grew as a digital artist in this project using Audition. Be specific, go back through your project, and find evidence. I grew as a digital artist throughout this project by learning about sound and how to extract the audio from youtube. I also learned how to layer sound. I didnt know a lot about sound before this project but I actually learned quite a bit from this project. 4. What are your biggest takeaways when you think of the original concept - from implementation, time management, and gathering all the necessary pieces? What were your strengths and your weaknesses? Some strengths that I had with this project were actually producing a project that I thought sounded okay. I had a lot of weaknesses with this project, my time management wasnt that good because it took me quite a while to find a base and then I didnt have a ton of time to add other elements. Gattering all the other was also fairly difficult. 5. How would you assess yourself on a scale from 1-10, being less proficient (1) or more proficient (10) with creating projects and using Adobe Audition? On a scale of 1-10 I would personally give myself a 6.5. I definitely struggled with this project because I had very little experience with sound in the past. I didnt really know what I was doing and my time management wasnt the best. I took me a while to find the base and then I didnt have a lot of time to add other things.
Group PSA Project:
Reflection: This project was a group project where you and your group had to create a educational PSA about our school norms. My group decited to create a PSA called stay on campus, this PSA is about staying on campus and the consquses that can occur if you fail to follow these norms. The hardest part of this project was editing, I was put in charge of editing and I had some experince with editing but I had so many videos to go though and it was fairly challegeing. I felt like I did most of the work on this project and that my group members were messing around most of the time. If I were to do this project again one thing that I would change is having more motivated group members.
